What can I say about Bosco?  As someone who works with police and firemen in real life every day, I can attest that most shows concerning them are not completely realistic.  Third Watch (and Southland) however is, and was always very true to the world of law enforcement.  Bosco was a very good example of how cops aren’t perfect human beings, but heroes at the end of the day.
